Joey Fuel Tanks is an Australian small business building portable diesel and petrol fuel pods for farmers, civil and mining crews, tradies, and weekend adventurers. When you call or email, you're talking to the same team that packs your order, books the freight, and answers the tech questions — not an offshore call centre. If you're trying to work out which tank fits your ute, tray, or trailer, we'll talk it through with you before you spend a cent.

## WHAT TO GET IN TOUCH ABOUT

-   **Product advice** — picking between the 210L, 400L, or 1000L diesel pods, or the 210L vs 330L petrol units, based on your vehicle and run times.
-   **Pump and accessory questions** — flow rates, hose lengths, nozzles, filters, and what's included in the standard kit.
-   **Freight quotes** — we deliver Australia-wide through our transport partners. Send your postcode and we'll come back with a delivered price.
-   **Pickup bookings** — collect from our Glenorie (NSW) or Noosa (QLD) depots once your order is paid and ready.
-   **Fleet and bulk orders** — multi-unit pricing for farms, contractors, hire fleets, and resellers.
-   **After-sales support** — warranty claims, spare parts, and general questions about a tank you already own.

## RESPONSE TIMES

Phone enquiries are answered Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm AEST. Email and contact-form messages are typically answered within one business day, often the same day if sent before lunch. If you're on a deadline — a job starting Monday, a trip leaving Friday — say so in your message and we'll prioritise it and confirm stock and freight ETAs upfront.

## WHERE WE SHIP

We deliver to every state and territory in Australia, including remote and regional postcodes. Metro deliveries to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Canberra, and Darwin are usually the quickest. Regional NSW, QLD, VIC, and the WA goldfields are well within our network — send your address and we'll confirm transit time before you commit. Pickup is available from Glenorie (NSW) and Noosa (QLD) for customers who'd rather collect.
