For a single ute or hobby farm the 210L tank is plenty. Small fleets and family farms usually settle on the 400L. Civil sites, large farms and mining-support operations should run the 1000L with hose reel. If you're between sizes, go bigger — diesel keeps for 6+ months stored properly, and bulk-buying off a supplier is cheaper than topping up at servos.
